If you are experiencing difficulties with your American Beauty soldering tool, please be assured that we proudly stand behind all of our equipment.  If you believe that your product is still covered under warranty, please contact our customer service department to arrange for evaluation.

Details of the American Beauty Industry-Leading THREE-YEAR Warranty Policy

  1. All American Beauty Products shall be covered by Assembly Technologies International, Incorporateds standard warranty terms and provisions, which currently are:
    1. Consumable Items are not covered by warranty. These items include Soldering Iron Tips, Desoldering Braid, Resistance Soldering Elements and Electrodes.
    2. Soldering Iron Elements, Solder Pot Elements & Solder Pot Thermostats are covered under warranty for ninety (90) days from date of invoice.
    3. All other American Beauty products are covered under warranty for three (3) years from date of invoice.
  2. Assembly Technologies International, Incorporated shall extend its warranty policies directly to distributor’s customer as if such customer had purchased the American Beauty Product directly from Assembly Technologies International, Incorporated. Assembly Technologies International, Incorporated shall warrant American Beauty Products against defects in material and workmanship based on recommended usage under normal operating conditions and shall repair or replace, at its cost and option, any defective American Beauty Product (or shall issue a credit or a refund, as the case may be). Assembly Technologies International, Incorporated may choose to pay (or refund the amount of) return freight and shipping charges for any defective American Beauty Product returned under warranty.
  3. Assembly Technologies International, Incorporated shall have the right to change its warranty policies at any time, subject to providing Distributor with advance notice no later than thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of such change.
  4. EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED IN THIS POLICY, THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, INDEMNITIES AND GUARANTEES WITH RESPECT TO THE AMERICAN BEAUTY PRODUCTS, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW, CUSTOM, PRIOR ORAL OR WRITTEN STATEMENTS, ARE HEREBY OVERRIDDEN, EXCUSED AND DISCLAIMED.
